Date: Monday- Friday, September 28 to October 2nd, 2009 Place: Harbin Hot Springs, Middletown, California Note that the Hoop Jam is limited to 40 or so participants because we want enough space to be able to hoop freely. As space is limited, we cannot guarantee that there will be a place for you, so its advisable to register as early as possible. Once we have 25 people enrolled we will increase the registration fee to $450 (to cover our expenses). Harbin is charging us $90 per day per person for the food and conference center and access to the Harbin facilities, and we are charging as little over that as we can (and be able to cover basic additional costs of putting on the jam) This Harbin Jam is not intended to make a financial profit. To pay by check please contact: merlin@playahoop.com. The price if paying by check is $389, but you will only be registered once the check is received and has cleared. Work Exchange: The price being what it is (just over our cost) we are all going to have to consider that we are on a work exchange and all take some responsibility for the running of the jam. Perhaps around 3-5 hours total time each. We will make up a list of duties and work needed and we can distribute this to participants nearer the time of the jam, and then you can select what it is you would like to do to contribute.
